SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping methods

All our products are sent from Switzerland by Swiss Post with track and trace. Should you wish to use any other services, please contact us on info@bythye.com before placing an order. Any additional costs will be paid by you.

International shipping

We ship throughout Europe and welcome international orders. Please note that you may have to pay Custom and/or VAT depending on your local import regulations.

Shipping costs in Switzerland

Shipping costs is based on products weight and size using Swiss Post’s PostPac Economy Services. Delivery within 2 working days.

​

Prices as per January 2020. Additional costs for Priority and Express Services.

 

Up to 2 kg = 7.00 CHF

2 kg – 10 kg = 9.70 CHF

10 kg – 30 kg = 20.50 CHF

Shipping costs outside Switzerland

Shipping costs is based on products weight and size using Swiss Post’s Maxi Letter Economy Services.  

​

Prices as per January 2020. Additional costs for Priority and Express Services.

Up to 500 g = 9.00 CHF (Europe) / 11.00 CHF (all other countries)

500 g – 1000 g = 12.00 CHF (Europe) / 17.00 CHF (all other countries)

1000 g – 2000 g = 23.00 CHF (Europe) / 31.00 CHF (all other countries)

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return your order for any reason, we’ll provide you with an exchange or full refund within 14 days after you have received your order.

Always contact us before returning at info@bythye.com to get further instructions and address details. When returning you are resposible for returning goods securily packed and shipped to us.

 

You as a buyer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your products.

​

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​

By Thye guarantees a full refund of the returned products, provided that all products are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the products should not have been used, damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
